Comcast Responds to Bankruptcy Court's Decision on Excite@Home.

PHILADELPHIA -- Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. Senior Vice President David Juliano issued the following statement today in reaction to Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Carlson's decision to allow Excite@Home to terminate its distribution agreement with cable companies including Comcast.

"We are continuing to talk with Excite@Home and are hopeful there will be no interruption in service for our high-speed Internet customers as we work to reach a resolution," Juliano said.
