BSE TO SUSPEND TRADING IN SECURITIES OF INDIA'S CG-VAK SOFTWARE
MUMBAI - The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (BSE) on Tuesday said it has decided to suspend the trading in CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd (BSE:531489) for non-compliance of various clauses of the Listing Agreement.
The trading in the securities of CG-VAK Software & Exports will be suspended for 5 trading days from Wednesday, May 25 to Tuesday, May 31, 2011, on account of non compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement, a BSE statement said here.
